The final question during President Obama's prime-time press conference on Wednesday was about the controversial arrest of African-American scholar Henry Louis Gates, Jr. for breaking into his own home. President Obama came down on the side of those who say race played a factor, saying the Cambridge (Mass.) Police Department acted "stupidly."
