Speaking from the South Lawn of the White House on Friday, President Obama said he was open to military action to stop the advance of ISIS in Iraq. The Daily Beast's Eli Lake and Tim Mak report U.S. airstrikes would take less than 24 hours to get underway once Obama gives the order. The president said ground troops will not be deployed under any circumstances.
