A video of President Obama getting emotional while thanking his campaign staff has gone viral. Nearly 1.5 million people have watched the clip since it was published on YouTube on Thursday. The newly reelected commander in chief spoke to his young team about his own salad days in Chicago and said, “It’s not that you guys remind me of myself, it’s the fact that you are so much better than I was, in so many ways.” When recalling how he felt on election night, before his win had been solidified, Obama got choked up, his voice quivered as he wiped a tear from his eye and said, “I’m really proud of you.”
