Romney may have “won” the debate Wednesday night, but Obama certainly isn’t taking defeat lying down. Joking that the candidate on stage must have been an “imposter,” he told a crowd of 12,000 Thursday that “the real Mitt Romney has been running around the country for the last year promising $5 trillion in tax cuts that favor the wealthy. The fellow on stage last night said he didn’t know anything about that.” Obama’s senior adviser, David Plouffe, said the campaign will be restrategizing accordingly. “We obviously are going to have to adjust for the fact of Mitt Romney’s dishonesty."
