President Obama announced that he will impose new sanctions against North Korea in response to recent illicit nuclear and ballistic missile testing. According to press secretary Josh Earnest, the new sanctions will allow the U.S. to implement them with unanimous agreement from the U.N. Security Council. North Korea launched a ballistic missile last month.
