After news broke that a second health care worker in Dallas tested positive for Ebola, the White House on Wednesday announced President Obama was canceling a planned campaign trip. Obama was scheduled to go to a fundraiser in New Jersey and then a rally in Connecticut for Governor Dannel P. Malloy. A new date has not been given for those events. The president will instead meet with cabinet members about the government’s response to the Ebola outbreak.
