After endless negative coverage and an increasingly aggressive Republican opposition, President Obama said today that he is “not happy” with the health care website problems, takes “full responsibility,” and acknowledged some Americans are losing their existing health insurance under the ACA because they were “sub-standard.” Speaking in Massachusetts, the president was supposed to make a comparison with that state’s slow start for its healthcare overhaul under former Republican Governor Mitt Romney. The speech came after embattled Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified on Wednesday before a House committee on the health care website rollout.
