President Obama will call the health-care rollout glitches “unacceptable” in a press conference Monday, according to a White House official. Meanwhile, the Department of Health and Human Services announced in a blog post they are seeking the “best and brightest” tech experts from both the public and private sector to work on HealthCare.gov, the website that hosts the insurance marketplace. According to the blog post, HealthCare.gov has had 19 million unique visitors since it went live on October 1, and an estimated 476,000 have attempted to sign up for insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
