President Obama made good today on his State of the Union promise to raise the minimum wage for federal contractors. He signed an executive order that will increase wages for hundreds of thousands of federal workers from $7.25 to $10.0 an hour. "Raising the minimum wage is good for business, it's good for workers and it's good for the economy," Obama said. "It's the right thing to do."
