The president took off his jacket and rolled up his sleeves before getting down to brass tacks. He boasted the benefits of the Affordable Care Act, the fact that "you don't have to hide who you love in order to serve the country you love," and that "for the first time in nine years there are no Americans fighting in Iraq," arguing, "That's what change is."
