That's where President Obama was this afternoon, talking about his proposed tax cuts for homeowners who make their houses more energy-efficient, when he described retrofitting houses with green technology "sexy." "Here's what's sexy," he explained: "saving money." Obama says his plan would provide jobs for contractors and others who can do the work, but he needs Congress's approval before the tax breaks can go forward.
