It looks like the Keystone pipeline may be postponed. Environmentalists say the Obama administration should reject the pipeline, which they say will worsen climate change and increase dependence on fossil fuel, while ranchers and farmers in the region say it could threaten habitats. The pipeline's owner, TransCanada, and other proponents say it will create jobs and that the review has already been thorough.
