It's done. President Obama signed the bipartisan budget agreement that averts another government shutdown, raises spending slightly to dull the pain of sequestration, and stabilizes government funds through 2015. The bill was sponsored by Democratic Sen. Patty Murray and Republican Rep. Paul Ryan. Before you breath a sigh of relief, the struggle isn't over yet: in February, Congress must decide on raising the debt ceiling.
