President Obama announced Monday morning at the White House that he has sanctioned specific Russian officials responsible for the occupation of Crimea, following a vote Sunday by the province to break away from Ukraine. Among the targets are former Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych and several Putin aides. The administration said it's working to identify additional individuals.
