The White House confirmed President Barack Obama will head to Roseburg, Oregon, this week to meet with the families of the victims of last week’s shooting at a community college. The trip will kick off a four-day visit to the West Coast, but no additional details were immediately available. A 26-year-old gunman opened fire in a Umpqua Community College classroom last Thursday, killing nine people and himself in a shootout with police.
