Obama Undecided on Health Care

May call for scaled down legislation.

President Obama is, apparently, putting off some of his most important homework until the last minute: According to The New York Times, the president is still undecided about how much of his address to devote to health care. Apparently, talks are currently under way between the White House and Democratic leaders in Congress over whether Obama will call on Congress to scale back the legislation they’ve been considering. Overall, Obama is expected to admit mistakes, but he will also stand by his agenda.
