Mitt Romney owned Romneycare. In an 87 percent Democrat legislature, Romney said, “only two [legislators out of 200] voted against the plan by the time we were finished.” Obamacare, by contrast, passed with no Republican votes. “I like the way we did it in Massachusetts,” Romney said.
