The Post reports separately that President Obama will appoint Earl E. Devaney, “a former Secret Service agent who helped expose lobbying corruption at the Interior Department,” with overseeing the $787 billion stimulus. Officially, he will chair the new Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board.
