Vanessa Trump has spoken out about her boyfriend, Tiger Woods, for the first time following his DUI arrest.
The ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. was initially reported to be furious with her partner of a year following his crash last week in Florida, near millionaire’s playground Jupiter Island, but now seems to have taken a softer stance.
In a story on Instagram, she shared a throwback picture of herself with the golfer, with just the words “Love you” written over the top, accompanied by a pair of large love-heart emojis.

It’s a striking improvement in relations from Monday.
“She’s not happy at all. She’s both disappointed and a little bit p---ed, if I’m being honest,” a source told the Daily Mail. “It’s a definite red flag, and she told him that he’s going to get this sorted out and that she’s going to require that.”
In astonishing footage from the scene of the crash, Woods was seen talking on the phone as he walked down the road as cops arrived.
He was heard saying, “Thank you so much. All right. You got it. Bye,” then when a cop told him to stay at the scene, Woods replied nonchalantly, “Yeah, I was just talking with the president.”
Trump was pushed for comment on the incident by reporters on Friday, when he said, “I feel so badly... There was an accident, and that’s all I know. A very close friend of mine—he’s an amazing person, an amazing man.”
As well as his DUI charge, he was also charged with property damage and failure to submit to a urinalysis test.

The arrest affidavit said a deputy thought Woods was “lethargic and slow,” with “bloodshot and glassy” eyes and “extremely dilated” pupils.
Trump’s oldest son and Vanessa share five children: golfer Kai, 18, Donald III, 17, Tristan, 14, Spencer, 13, and Chloe, 11. They divorced in 2018, and when word reached him that she had moved on with Woods, the president was complimentary.
“I’m very happy for both [of them]. Let them both be happy. Let them both be happy. They’re both great,” President Trump said. “Vanessa and Don had a very good relationship. They have incredible children, five incredible children, all good athletes, all great students.”
Announcing his relationship with Trump last year, Woods said, “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together.”
It’s not the first time she’s spoken since the crash, posting a picture of Kai at the Miami Open Tennis Tournament at the weekend. Woods was conspicuously absent from her message at the time.
