The site has posted two photos of her proudly showing off her "ridiculously distended belly" clearly "ready to explode." Suleman has been forced to move to a rented home because of the severity of death threats, her publicist told Dr. Phil. The single, unemployment mother who depends on food stamps to feed her six older children is seeking donations to help care for her eight newborns.
