One person was killed and four others injured when a shooter opened fire inside the Majestic Lounge on the south side of Hartford, Connecticut, at around 3 a.m. Sunday morning. Police tweeted that an active investigation is underway, and that the shooter has not been apprehended. Lt. Paul Cicero told the Associated Press that a tip line has been set up and that there were still “a lot of moving parts.”
