Other AMA winners included breakthrough newcomer Iggy Azalea—leading the field with six nominations—who was honored as favorite rap/hip-hop artist and for favorite rap/hip-hop album for The New Classic. Enrique Iglesias won favorite Latin artist, Sam Smith was named favorite pop/rock male artist, and Luke Bryan won as favorite male country artist. Taylor Swift won the Dick Clark Award for Excellence.
