The U.S. government has awarded a $133 million contract to the identity-protection firm Identity Theft Guard Solutions to monitor information compromised in the Office of Personnel Management computer hacking. As many as 21.5 million Americans had personal information compromised in the attack, which is believed to have been carried out by Chinese hackers.
