The woman charged with crashing her car into the Oklahoma State homecoming parade crowd last October, killing four people, has filed an insanity defense. The attorney for Adacia Chambers, 25, said in the claim filed last week that he will bring attention to her “mental illness or insanity at the time of the offense,” even though she was previously found competent to stand trial.
