The driver in a deadly crash at Oklahoma State University’s homecoming parade has been ruled competent to stand trial, a judge ruled Thursday. Adacia Chambers, 25, will face four counts of second-degree murder and 46 counts of assault and battery. All counts could result in life in prison. Her next hearing is scheduled for early April 2016.
