A Stillwater judge on Monday set bond at $1 million for the woman who allegedly drove her vehicle through Oklahoma State University parade-goers, killing four and injuring 47 others Saturday morning. Adacia Chambers, 25, was charged Sunday evening on four counts of second-degree murder, after initially being booked on driving under the influence. Her lawyer has suggested Chambers was not intoxicated, but suffers from mental illness. Chambers’s next court appearance has been scheduled for Nov. 13, when the state may officially present the charges.
