The target of Paula Broadwell’s harassment emails is reportedly the State Department military liaison named Jill Kelley, the The Associated Press has revealed. Kelley lives in Tampa, Florida, and allegedly received angry messages from Petraeus' mistress. ABC News reports that Petraeus told his friends that his relationship with Broadwell began after he left the Army in August 2011. The general also reportedly was the one to break off things with Broadwell. The mistress' harassing emails to Kelley have sparked rumors about whether she was jealous at the possibility of there being an “other woman” in Petraeus’s life.
