When you’re posted up in a relatively non-confrontational foreign country as the official representative of the United States, life can get a little boring. So what do you do for the holidays, besides lose yourself to your bevy of mindless bureaucratic duties? Well, if you’re in Norway, you eat weird regional food and make YouTube videos out of it. In fact, you make YouTube videos from all manner of things, especially around the holidays. When the going gets boring, the boring get, well, super weird apparently. Watch for yourself below.
