People whose lives and livelihoods were affected by the storm in Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Staten Island have looked with displeasure on the relit Manhattan skyline—anger that was directed at Mayor Michael Bloomberg when he visited the Rockaways on Saturday. “It’s all about Manhattan,” said Rockaways residents Nora McDermott.
