The Green Bay Packers held off a late Dallas rally to win 26-21 advance to the NFC Championship after a referee’s call was reversed following an instant replay review. With 4:42 left in the fourth quarter, Cowboys QB Tony Romo threw deep to Dez Bryany, who seemed to catch the ball in the air and land on the Packers’ 1. The catch was initially called for Dallas, but after Packers coach Mike McCarthy threw a challenge flag, the play was reviewed and the catch was reversed, giving Green Bay possession. They never gave it back and ran out the clock, crushing Dallas’s Super Bowl dreams. The Packers now head to Seattle next week to battle for the NFC Championship.
