Pakistan Arrests Lashkar Leaders

India and Pakistan can take their fingers off their nuclear triggers: In a sign that relations between the two countries are thawing, Pakistan said yesterday that it has arrested all the leaders of Lashkar e Taiba, the group believed to be responsible for November’s terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
