The suspected mastermind of the 2008 terror attacks in Mumbai has been let out on bail in Pakistan, despite an international outcry. Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi was let out in secret overnight, after a court suspended a mandate to keep him in jail. The 2008 attack, spread out over four days, killed 164 people and injured hundreds of others.
