The U.S. has tied military aid to a secret scorecard that measures how well Pakistan is assisting in the fight against terrorism, according to The Wall Street Journal. This ought to cost it a few million dollars: Pakistan has allowed China to examine the top-secret American helicopter that crashed during the raid to kill Osama bin Laden, according to the Financial Times. Chinese military engineers surveyed the modified Black Hawk, photographed it, and took samples of its stealth “skin” that made it invisible to radar. After the helicopter crashed, the Navy SEALs smashed its instruments with a hammer and blew it up with explosives; however, its tail section landed intact outside the compound wall.
