Buckingham Palace said Tuesday that Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, is “continuing to feel better” after being hospitalized earlier this week with extreme morning sickness—a sentiment that must have been shared by her husband, Prince William, who left the hospital smiling on Tuesday. Catherine, 30, is pregnant with the couple’s first child and is being treated for hyperemesis gravidarum. But the duchess is not expected to leave the hospital for a few more days. The palace also said that William and Catherine are “immensely grateful” for all the support they have received.
