Palestinian Killed During Israeli Raid

During an Israeli military raid on a refugee camp near the West Bank city of Ramallah, a Palestinian man was shot and killed. Issa Qatari, 22, died just before getting to the hospital after clashes between Israeli forces and protesters ended with him getting shot. According to the military, as well as eyewitnesses, “A main instigator attempted to hurl an explosive device” at the troops, who then opened fire. Protesters were also throwing stones at the troops. The Hamas operative was successfully arrested in the raid.
