An Oklahoma couple has been charged with manslaughter in the death of their 3-year-old daughter, who was found with a 17-pound cancerous tumor. Henry Clarence Lilly III, 49, and Bonnie Beth Mills-Lilly, 42, are accused of failing to get medical care for the child, according to the Lawton Constitution. Emergency workers were called to the family's lakeside camper earlier this month and found the child unconscious and not breathing; she died later at the hospital and the medical examiner ruled the massive tumor was the cause of death.
