Over man's suspicious device, but not an explosive.
One of three terminals at the Kansas City airport was shut down after security agents detained a man over a suspicious device that was detected inside a carry-on bag Sunday. The device was found in the morning, and the man was taken away after he refused to let transportation agents examine his bag. An FBI spokeswoman said the suspicious package was X-rayed and no explosive material was found. It's not clear what was in the bag.
