Disses Obama and the Buffett rule.

As President Obama prepared for his speech on the Buffett rule this morning, House Budget chairman Paul Ryan was making the rounds on morning TV defending his own budget against the president’s attacks. “I think people think the Buffet rule is sort of pixie dust,” he said on MSNBC’s Morning Joe. Earlier, he’d told the hosts of the Today Show of Obama’s opposition to his budget, “You know, we’ve gotten used to this sort of verbal tantrums from the president. To me it’s a little more petulance than presidential.”
