It hasn't been a great week for celebrity cook Paula Deen, but at least her sons are sticking by her. Jamie and Bobby Deen appeared Tuesday on CNN to defend their mom, saying they’ve never heard her use racially charged language. “We were not raised in a home where that word was used,” Bobby said, referring to the N word. Deen has lost lucrative contracts with the Food Network and Smithfield Foods, but other business partners like Target haven’t yet decided whether they’ll drop Deen after she admitted in a deposition to making racially insensitive remarks.
