The Pittsburgh Penguins beat the Nashville Predators 2-0 on Sunday to take home their second consecutive Stanley Cup. Patric Hornqvist got the winning goal with 1:35 left in the game, making the Penguins the first NHL team in nearly two decades to win back-to-back Stanley Cup titles. “We knew it was going to be tough all year, but we just tried to keep with it. We had a lot of injuries and things like that. We just kept finding ways. That was really what we did all season, all playoffs. It’s great to be able to do it,” team captain Sidney Crosby said after the win.
