A 13-year-old Pennsylvania boy is being charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault in the shooting of his 9-year-old brother. The 9-year-old died at Waynesboro Hospital Wednesday morning after police responded to a call about the incident at about 7:15 a.m. The 13-year-old allegedly “retrieved a 9mm handgun in the residence” and shot his brother. Police did not say whether they believed the shooting was intentional or accidental.
