After eight years of the Bush administration's insistence that the return home of fallen soldiers not be covered by the media, the Pentagon has ended its ban on media coverage of soldiers' coffins. Now, it will be up to the soldier's families to decide whether media are allowed at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The ban has been around since 1991.
