The Pentagon reportedly plans to punish members of the U.S. military for the bungled October 2015 operation that led to the deadly bombing of a Doctors Without Borders hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan. A lengthy report that recommends specific disciplinary actions has been completed and sent to U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command, which will decide on punishment, Foreign Policy reported Friday. The attack left 42 civilians dead and wounded several dozens of people.
