Perez Hilton Miley Cyrus Upskirt Photo

Perez Hilton has never been known for acting in good taste, but after tweeting an upskirt photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus, he may face up to 15 years in jail. Hilton first posted the image on Sunday with the following message: “Oh Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!” The photo, apparently a shot of Cyrus climbing out of a car without underwear (though Hilton now claims she was wearing them), has since been removed from his website and Twitter account. Because Cyrus is approximately five months away from her 18th birthday, the photo is legally considered child pornography and, with a conviction, Hilton could face a mandatory 15-year sentence and lifetime registration as a sex offender. In a video posted on his website Tuesday afternoon, Hilton responded to what he calls the “fake” controversy. “Sure I like to be controversial,” he says, “but I don’t want to go to jail.” He adds that Cyrus was “clearly” not displaying anything inappropriate.
