Perez Hilton may be getting heat, but it looks like he’s dodged one bullet: Miley Cyrus won’t press charges. After Perez posted an upskirt photo of Cyrus on Sunday, there was talk of criminal charges—though now it appears his only punishment will come in the form of monetary censure as ABC and TV Land have announced that they will indefinitely yank advertising from his site. "She just wants to move on," a source close to Cyrus told E! Online. "She thinks it's the work of an idiot and wants to move forward." As Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest earlier this week: “That’s some idiot being an idiot.”
