Children who loved The Phantom Tollbooth when it first came out are now nearing retirement age, but hopefully they’re not too old for a second helping: Tollbooth author Norton Juster and illustrator Jules Feiffer have a new book—their first since they wrote and illustrated The Phantom Tollbooth 50 years ago. Juster says he’s been working on the book on and off for more than 30 years.
