The king of '80s rock is stepping down: Phil Collins says he’s retiring from music due to the health problems it has caused him, including a dislocated vertebra in his back, some loss of hearing, and nerve damage in his hands. Collins, the artist behind classic hits like "Sussudio" and "In the Air Tonight,” lives in Switzerland now and in reference to his numerous successes over four decades recently told Time magazine, "I don't really belong to that world and I don't think anyone's going to miss me. I'm much happier just to write myself out of the script entirely." Over his long career, Collins won seven Grammys and an Oscar (for a song from Disney's Tarzan).
