Typhoon Rammasun, the biggest storm to hit the Philippines this year, killed at least 10 people so far, shut down Manila, and forced the evacuation of more than 370,000 people. Rammasun is now headed toward the South China Sea. While it has since been downgraded to a Category 1 storm, experts are predicting it will gain strength in the warm waters and become a Category 3 by the time it hits the Chinese island province Hainan.
