The Philadelphia Phillies put themselves on the cusp of their third National League Championship Series in as many years Friday night, by beating the Cincinnati Reds, 7-4. The Phillies capitalized on a bad fielding error by the Reds in the seventh inning to score a pair of crucial runs. They now lead the series 2-0 and will have the chance to clinch Sunday in Cincinnati. Meanwhile, in the other N.L. Divisional Series matchup, the Atlanta Braves dramatically snuck by the San Francisco Giants, 5-4 in the 11th inning. The two teams are now level at a game apiece as they head back to Atlanta on Sunday.
