The Justice Department announced Friday that a Philadelphia woman has been charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS. According to the criminal complaint, Keonna Thomas, 30, who is also known as Fatayat al Khilafah and YoungLioness, was being followed by federal authorities for her Twitter messages in support of ISIS. Officials said Thomas was arrested after she purchased tickets for an overseas trip, likely to Turkey, in late March.
